Be certain that she dose have feelings for you. If she dose, then you gently explain to her that you are not interested in her and that you want to stay friends. Its going to be awkward, but you will be doing her and yourself a favor by doing this. And if you have any male friends you could introduce them to her to help her to move on and be happy.
