Boyfriend help. please read :) desperate?

alright so this might be long but me and my boyfriend have been dating for 10 months...we popped the i love you at like 5 and it was like amazing. our relationship was its highest then...then we started doin stuff bringin us closer...now that stuff seems regular to us but on new years we got into a really big fight...he was just pissed i was outta town and where there was a party on new years...so he stayed here in NC and i went to SC so anyways we were in a big fight..we broke up over the phone but i forgave him and we got back together tht nite but the thing is our relationship hasnt been the same....he doesnt say i love you before bed like he usually does..just a simple goodnight. i asked him why and hes not saying it anymore and he just say idk really...obviously things have been worse since NY but how do i fix it...i dont wanna break up at all..weve tlked about us staying together thru college bc we love each other tht much but wen he doesnt say a simpl i love u before bed. i just idk....please help me on how we can become closer. please. or how to get him to say i love u again.
