Im a Freshman At my school freshman can go to prom my boyfriend is bringin me this year. I dont have mom to take me shopping she passed away about two years ago.. i dont know where to get a dress.. Can any one help me.. Its not my sernoir porom so my Dress Budget woul s be 50 to 70$
