History of Stella Maris Hall, Biddeford, Maine?

It was part of the previously St. Francis College, now University of New England. My dad went there back in the day when it was St. Franice College and Stella Maris Hall was a dorm that wasn't being used. Him and a bunch of buddies broke in and slept there for the night and creepy stuff went down. Any idea what's going on with the building now?
