Could i go as stella noctis from final fantasy?

I'm attending the MCM expo in october at the excel and was wondering whether you guys would help me out a little. I want to go as Stella Noctis from final fantasy Xlll versus, or helena from Dead or Alive. i am 5 ft 8in, blue eyes, very long blonde hair to my hips, and would rather not wear a wig. Any suggestions, tips, advice, anything at all them answer please :3 thanks xxx
