Can the nvidia Geforce 9100 be upgraded?

im tryin to do a little gaming, but the graphics card i have isnt the greatest for that... when i go to the win 7 preformance thing everything on my computer randks above a 6.3 but then the video card is only 5.2... its really bringin down my system. can anyone help. if you wonder, my processor is quad core 7.1 rating on the win 7 thingy. thanks!
